Spend a summer or winter holiday at our hotel and live like on a real Southtyrolean farm. At breakfast, dinner and the buffet you can enjoy the taste of fresh products which partly come from our own agriculture. On the farmstead of our hotel in Racines – Vipiteno, we use organic farming: we raise healthy animals, respecting their well-being, and abdicate the use of chemicals.
We have cows, goats, sheep, rabbits and cats. Butter and cheese are still traditionally produced on our alp. Visit our farm hotel in Val di Racines, and get the feeling of the farm stay in South Tyrol, in total accordance with nature. You will certainly taste the difference!
Most of all, the children enjoy discovering how it is like to live on a farm and to get in touch with our domestic animals in the petting zoo.
